Logo Design: Form & Fixtures Forms & Fixtures was developed by a woman with a graphics background. She developed the logo, and I made it all digital so she could print all materials. I also designed a new symbol and we used it screened back on letterhead, brochures envelopes, and business cards. It was also incorporated into the hangtag.
